- You’ll earn a total of $400 as a rent credit towards your monthly rent after the new tenants have been approved for an apartment, signed a lease, moved in, and paid rent on time for their first 3 months.
- The process must begin with you putting your referral in touch with your property manager, not the leasing agent assigned to the apartment.
