What is the typical eviction process?
Five days after you have been served the Landlord’s Five Days’ Notice, if you have still not submitted full payment for all past due rent and late fees, we will file for your eviction. You will be served by a representative of the Cook County Sheriff’s office at your home with a court date for the eviction proceedings.
